I. Product’s Delivery
BEADS FANATIC is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address appointed by the Customer in the order form. In order to optimize the delivery, we thank the Customer to have appointed an address where the order can be delivered within the standard working hour.
BEADS FANATIC won’t be responsible for errors caused during the delivery when the delivery address inserted by the Customer in the order form do not correspond to the right one or info have been omitted.
BEADS FANATIC informs the Customer that is possible to split the same order into multiple deliveries.
II. Delivery times and costs
SHIPPING WITHIN ITALY
Italy - Registered mail with Poste Italiane - the cost of shipping is €5, if the purchase exceeds €180 shipping is free.
SHIPPING IN EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE
We ship with registered mail by Poste Italiane, the cost of shipping for countries outside Italy is €15, if the purchase exceeds €180 shipping is free
Once the order is completed, the items will be delivered to the Italian post office within 48 hours. Generally, shipping to Italy takes 3-5 business days to arrive (we ship from Sicily). Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Beads Fanatic guarantees to process and ship your order within 2 business days of purchase. Some deliveries may be delayed due to Covid, weather conditions, strikes and inconvenient destinations or other force majeure causes. All shipments for international orders tend to have longer transit times, delivery times vary by state. Shipping outside Italy usually takes 5 to 15 working days (Poste Italiane)
III. Delivery data, missed deliveries and lost parcel
If at the moment of delivery, the Customer is not at home, the postal service will leave a ticket to retrieve the parcel towards a specific Post Office within an established date. In case of courier, the courier will leave a ticket describing how to proceed to establish a new delivery. BEADS FANATIC has established, with the delivery service with the courier, the execution of a series of follow-up actions, in order to assure the delivery.
In case the customer does not retrieve the parcel towards the post office within the appointed date, this will be sent back to our deposit and will be up to the customer to pay for the costs of a second shipping.
In the same way, if after 7 working days from delivery the new date has not been agreed with the courier, the Customer must contact BEADS FANATIC. In case the Customer won’t act in this way, after 10 working days from the delivery date the parcel will be sent back to our deposit and the Customer will have to pay for the costs of a second shipping.
IV. Care in the delivery
The Customer has to verify the good condition of the parcel in front of the carrier that, on behalf of BEADS FANATIC, delivers the requested product, pointing on the delivery note the eventual anomaly found on the parcel. If, successfully, once examined the product, the Customer finds any accident that might be caused by a hit, a break, signs that the the parcel has been opened or other damages caused during the shipping, the Customer agrees to contact BEADS FANATIC via e-mail within the shortest time possible. The available time is within 24 hours from delivery. After that, accidents of the above mentioned types won’t be considered.
